   Remembering all of the grammar points is one of the most frustrating things about learning a language. What I always found helpful was to have one set of clearly-written notes that you can always refer back to. On these notes, I always found it helpful to make tables for conjugating verbs into difference tenses.

   For example: For conjugating into the preterite, I would make a table like this (apologies in advance if this doesn't come out right once I post it ):

   "-ar" verbs / "-er" verbs / "-ir" verbs

   yo -é / -í / -í
   tú -aste / -iste / -iste
   el/ella/usted -ó / -ió / -ió
   nosotros -amos/ -imos / -imos
   vosotros -asteis/ -isteis / -isteis
   ellos/ellas/ustedes -aron / -ieron / -ieron

   that way, when you know the tense you need, you can just look at your table and add the verb stem to the correct ending.

   Flashcards are also useful. Write the things that you have most trouble remembering onto post-it notes and then stick them on your mirror/wardrobe and other things you often use, that way you'll always see them and you'll be able to remember it easier.
