The Talk of Spain

I am looking for a good advanced level Spanish student book. It is not necessary to include a vocabulary section. I need good explanations of language uses and some related examples and exercises. Maybe something like the Longman Grammar and Vocabulary for Cambridge Advanced and Proficiency but in Spanish of course.

I would suggest puntos de partida 8 becuase it is a begginer college level textbook and they give wonder explanations on grammer. and you can go online to their site and practice listning comprehension. If you do not want to spend alot of money try looking for it used online
